Our Process

Our aim is to take the stress out of the design stage so you have the confidence and understanding that everything is in place, ready for the building stage to go as smoothly as possible.

  • We met with you on site get to know you and deep dive into your project to understand how we can best help you.

  • We compile a well considered design brief, scope of works and proposal for our services to you. We base this on information gathered from our meeting.

  • The fun begins! We start researching the design and pulling together our ideas to offer suggested layouts, materials and finishes in line with your requirements

  • Based on your feedback on the design concept, we will develop your design further and develop chosen layouts, finishes, fixtures and materials

  • Once you're happy with the design, we document everything ready for tendering, estimation and construction.

  • We help to find you a builder and work closely with them and suppliers in order to keep within your budget and scope.

  • Ensure peace of mind during construction with our additional consultation service to help you navigate any design curveballs.
